Étoile: Multicoloured freshwater pearl choker in muted tones of peach, ivory, grey, mauve and lavender, featuring star shaped pearls. Dimensions: approx 17”. Pearls 4mm to 6mm.

All made using the highest quality Japanese glass seed beads, needle and thread. Clasp is 14k gold filled.

Care: To ensure longevity avoid water and direct sunlight.

Gold filled is much more durable than gold plated. Still, avoid harsh chemicals and perspiration and remove before applying sunscreens, lotions, etc.

Miiken Handcrafted was founded by its owner Erin at the age of 15, in an effort to reclaim her Haudenosaunee culture which she felt estranged from at the time. Inspired by textiles, landscapes, art and culture while on the road with her husband in their van, the Ontario-based artist focuses on contemporary handwoven beadwork, using high quality Japanese glass seed beads and 14k gold filled findings.
