Meadow: Soothing, grassy + sweet, herbal blend of milky oats, elderflower, oatstraw and calendula.

How to use: Insufe 1 tbsp tea in 8 oz water. Steep for 6-9 minutes. Add squeeze lemon or raw honey if desired.
