Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to change our policies due to certain constraints.

We offer free local delivery within 4 KM of our store. Please Google the distance from your address to 56 Saint-Viateur Street  West, Montreal, QC, H2T 2K8. If your shipping address is outside of this radius, we will have to cancel your order or arrange a paid shipping method.

Local deliveries are done by zones and are dropped off on Tuesday and Thursday generally between 4-8pm. If you opted for local delivery you will receive an email to coordinate your delivery date and time.

We offer Contactless Curbside Pick Up. Orders will be prepared for the following Pick-Up day. We are open for pick-up on Mondays and Thursdays from 1-5PM.

Orders will be sent out every MONDAY via Canada Post. The cut off time is midnight EST the previous night.

If you have selected Tracked or Expedited Shipping, we can provide a tracking number for you order.

If you have selected Lettermail shipping, please know that this option has no tracking number.

If you are placing an order using a Free Shipping Promotion, your order will be shipped by Lettermail which has no tracking number.

All international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.

 

Returns

Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to change our policies due to certain constraints. At this time all sales are final. For health/safety reasons and our shop front being closed, we are not able to accept returns right now. In the case of unseen damage/product issues please communicate with us and we will figure out a solution.

It is very uncommon for shipments to get lost or damaged in the post although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If this occurs we do not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Once goods have been shipped you have agreed + understand that Annex Vintage is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by any of the services we provide. If you do receive a package with a damaged item we recommend to take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
