Shipping

 

PICK UP IN STORE

We offer free in-store pick up for online orders. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up. Collect your order at our boutique (5364 Saint-Laurent Boulevard, H2T 1S1) during our store hours.

 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped on MONDAYS and FRIDAYS via Canada Post. The cut-off time is 5PM EST the previous night.

If you have selected Tracked, Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority Shipping, we will provide a tracking number for you order.

If you have selected Lettermail shipping, please note that this option has no tracking number.

All international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.


Returns & Exchanges

ONLINE EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

If something you've ordered from us online isn't quite right and you would like a refund, you must notify us of the issue within 1 week of receiving the item. The item must be in its original condition with the tag or label still attached. It must be shipped back using a tracked service. Send us the tracking number of the returned parcel within 10 days of initially receiving the package. Once we receive the return we will issue the refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Online orders may be exchanged or refunded in person at our store within 10 days of receiving them. Refunds take 5-10 days to process depending on your card carrier.

LOST / DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

It is very uncommon for shipments to get lost or damaged in the post although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. Once goods have been shipped you have agreed and understand that Annex Vintage is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by the shipping provider, Canada Post.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim. Due to liability of courier, no refund or exchange will be given until the investigation is complete and the claim has been issued and reimbursed.
 
IN-STORE PURCHASE EXCHANGE POLICY

NO REFUNDS
All regular priced items are exchangeable for goods or store credit up to 14 days after the original purchase. The item must be in its original condition with the tag or label still attached and you must have the itemized receipt. Any item purchased with trade or store credit is FINAL SALE. Any discounted item is FINAL SALE.

Gift Cards

We offer both paper and digital gift cards, which can be used online and in person at our boutique (Annex Vintage, 5364 Saint-Laurent Boulevard).

You can purchase a gift card in person at our boutique or online here.

When purchasing an online gift card, it is important that you enter the correct e-mail address you wish to send it to. We are not responsible for a wrongly entered address, and cannot offer a refund on gift cards sent to a wrong e-mail address.

Gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire.
 
To redeem a paper gift card online, enter the numbers from the barcode on the back of your card at check out.

To redeem a digital gift card online, enter the numbers from the code you received by email at check out.
