Please note that during the COVID-19 pandemic we have had to change our policies due to certain constraints.



We offer free local delivery within 4 KM of our store. Please Google the distance from your address to 5364 Saint-Laurent Boulevard, Montreal, QC, H2T 1S1. If your shipping address is outside of this radius, we will have to cancel your order or arrange a paid shipping method.

Local deliveries are made on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS from 4pm-7pm. You will receive an email to confirm your delivery date and time.



As of Monday January 11th, we are resuming contactless curbside pick up at our boutique (5364 Saint-Laurent Boulevard, H2T 1S1). The hours for pick up are 11-4pm Monday-Friday and 12-4pm on Saturday. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up.


Orders are shipped on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS via Canada Post. The cut off time is midnight EST the previous night.

If you have selected Tracked or Expedited Shipping, we will provide a tracking number for you order.

If you have selected Lettermail shipping, please know that this option has no tracking number.

All international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.

For health/safety reasons, we are not able to accept returns right now. In the case of unseen damage/product issues please communicate with us and we will figure out a solution.

It is very uncommon for shipments to get lost or damaged in the post although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If this occurs we do not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Once goods have been shipped you have agreed + understand that Annex Vintage is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by any of the services we provide. If you do receive a package with a damaged item we recommend to take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.

All sale items are final sale.


In-store return policy

All regularly priced items purchased in the month of December 2020 are exchangeable for goods or store credit up to two weeks after we reopen. That date will be determined once we reopen.
The item must be in its original condition with the tag or label still attached and you must have the itemized receipt.
Exchanges can only be made at the store where the item was originally purchased and store credit is valid at that location only.
Any item purchased with trade or store credit is FINAL SALE.
Any discounted item is FINAL SALE.
