General terms & conditions


Orders will be sent out every MONDAY and THURSDAY via Canada Post. The cut off time is midnight EST the previous night.

If you have selected Tracked or Expedited Shipping, we can provide a tracking number for you order.

If you have selected Lettermail shipping, please know that this option has no tracking number.

If you are placing an order using a Free Shipping Promotion, your order will be shipped by Lettermail which has no tracking number.

All international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees. Please note, packages can be delayed by customs, which unfortunately is out of our control.


We accept returns on full-priced merchandise within 10 days of delivery. The refund (for the full amount of the item, excluding shipping) will be issued upon receipt of the returned item in its original state (unused, in its original packaging). Except for in special cases (defective merchandise, etc), the customer will be expected to pay the return shipping cost. We are not accountable for returns that are lost or damaged in the post. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post.

It is very uncommon for shipments to get lost or damaged in the post although we will do everything in our power to ensure your item is packaged properly to arrive safely. If this occurs we do not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages. All items are purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Once goods have been shipped you have agreed + understand that Annex Vintage is not liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by any of the services we provide. If you do receive a package with a damaged item we recommend to take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. This is necessary to make the insurance claim.
